Fees for our services are detailed in your specific service agreement or invoice.
Payments: All payments are due in advance unless otherwise specified.
Late Fees: Failure to pay on time may result in the immediate suspension of your automation workflows and marketing campaigns.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MAGNETIFY LLC retains ownership of all proprietary automation codes, internal methodologies, and strategic frameworks developed. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose.
MAGNETIFY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our services or the performance of third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Claude).
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
